I’ve been to a few different Buca locations and it’s kind of hit or miss.. some are good, others not so much. The food feels different every time, so it really depends which one you go to

I ordered from dineatbuca.com expecting a solid meal, but the portion was smaller than I was hoping for. The food itself tasted fine, so I can’t really complain about the flavor, but I kept thinking about what I spent and how little was actually there.

The main thing for me was the value. I don’t mind paying for good food, but I hate feeling like I lost out or didn’t get my money’s worth, and that’s kind of how this felt. I was still a bit hungry afterward, so I probably wouldn’t order it again unless the portions were bigger.

I brought up a complaint and was expecting some kind of proper response from management, but it never really came. I mean, mistakes happen, and I get that, but the way it was handled afterward was the frustrating part. It felt like they were just hoping I’d stop asking and go away. Not really—well, not at all the kind of experience that would make me want to come back

The place felt messy and way too loud inside. whoever runs this needs to get a better handle on the atmosphere because it didn’t feel very comfortable to sit and enjoy anything.

To be fair, what they did have on the menu seemed okay, but I was hoping for more variety. It felt a little limited compared to what I expected, so overall I left a bit disappointed.

The location itself is easy to find, which I appreciated, but the parking situation was frustrating. I expected it to be more straightforward, and after dealing with that, I kind of lost trust that the overall experience would be as smooth as advertised.

I’m patient with stuff like this, but I do expect coupons to have clear terms or at least some kind of helpful explanation when they don’t work. Instead, there were no clear rules and no easy help, so I ended up wasting time and paying full price. Not the biggest disaster, but discounts shouldn’t be this frustrating to use

We booked this for a large group, and unfortunately it ended up being chaotic. Our tables were split up, the food came out at completely different times, and the staff seemed a little lost about what was going on. We had called ahead too, so I’m not really sure where things fell apart. It was disappointing because we were all excited to enjoy a nice dinner together, but it just felt stressful instead. I left feeling let down and wouldn’t plan another group dinner here.

From what I remember, they were nice and did try to help with my allergy questions, but the info they gave me didn’t feel totally clear. I’d probably ask twice just to be safe.

Tried using my gift card voucher and it just wouldn’t work!! I reached out for help, but nobody actually fixed the issue, which was really frustrating.

I ordered through dineatbuca.com and the amount I ended up being charged wasn’t what I thought I was agreeing to at checkout. I tried to get the extra charge looked at, but it turned into a whole back-and-forth with support saying the same generic stuff over and over. Nobody actually fixed anything, which just made me trust their customer service even less. It’s frustrating having to chase down a small refund like this. I won’t be using the site again

Booked a table for my mom’s birthday it felt like amateur hour. Service was painfully slow, and the birthday note I asked for was completely forgotten. The food was just okay, nothing special. Disappointing for what was supposed to be a nice celebration.

I ordered catering through dineatbuca for a small office lunch, the ordering process was okay but a little confusing. You kind of expect catering to be smooth, especially for a work lunch, but the delivery showed up almost 30 minutes late and one of the trays was missing. The food was warm, but not really hot, and getting someone on the phone took longer than I hoped. They did eventually fix the missing item, but by then lunch was mostly over. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating.

I booked a private dining room through dineatbuca.com for a family banquet, it was disappointing from the start. When we arrived, the room didn’t feel ready at all. The tables were set up awkwardly, the chairs were crammed in way too tight, and it seemed like no one really knew who was supposed to be taking care of our group.
The food also took a long time to come out, and the whole setup felt rushed even though we had planned everything ahead. There was just a lot of unnecessary confusion for something that should’ve been simple, especially for the price. I expected much better and probably wouldn’t book a banquet here again.

I mean, I had a reservation, so I wasn’t really expecting to wait that long. Maybe they were just busier than usual, but it was still frustrating to stand around for so much extra time.

I was disappointed with the bar. There were barely any drink options, the beer selection was super weak, and the cocktails tasted bad. I expected way better?!
